Basic Data: TAURUS SHOT Limiter
TAURUS Limiter amplifies speech up to 17 dB(A) with the help of two external microphones creating a very natural sound. The electronic control unit automatically turns off the microphones, whenever the noise exceeds 85 dB(A) and the hearing protector gets 'on duty'.
TAURUS Limiter can be highly recommended for all workplaces with oncoming impulse noise like shooting ranges.
With 4 micro batteries (1,5 V, AAA) the TAURUS Limiter will operate approx. 70 hours. A low battery warning indicator starts beeping every 5 minutes when batteries have not more energy left than necessary for 4 - 8 hours of proper operation.
